How many of us couldn't use a hug on a daily basis----------well, when you get out of bed as part of your daily practice in the morning wrap your arms around yourself and just say "Good Morning----What a Great Day to be Alive!!!!"Your goal for the week --------if you choose to accept it--- is
to try to hug at least 10 people per day. You might just start with 5 but see if you can increase it to 10----it is kind of like working out but instead of developing your physical body you are developing the emotional part of yourself.
