Seasonal Affective Disorder is a condition wherein people who are not getting enough sunlight exposure become depressed physically, mentally and emotionally. You can buy a full spectrum lightbulb and put it in your desktop task light, whether you are in a corporation or in a home office. I recommend full spectrum light for everywhere you read, write, do computer key entry or close work of any kind.
Although full spectrum bulbs cost more for each bulb, they use less energy and last five to seven times longer than regular lightbulbs. Youc an put o ne everywhere you do close work of any kind at work and at home. I guarantee you'll notice the improvement right away.
